There are several way to access your file via FTP:
- Via CPANEL, when log in CPANEL you could simply use "FILE MANAGER"
- Via FTP Client Software such CuteFTP, CoreFTP, WuFTP, FileZilla, etc.... which you could download from our download section on our customer portal
- FTP Host Name: ftp.yourdomain.com
- FTP User/Pass: please use your CPANEL main account user and password
or if you could create another FTP account via CPANEL's FTP Account
- Via remote FTP on another other third party provider such below link, but it's a bit risky to do this because your information is escalate throught 3rd party person and they me steal your private password or other sensitive information:
